From the BPO sector to health, finance, and utilities, the Genesys team have been able to accelerate revenue opportunity and satisfy more requirements when compared to their competitors, while also reducing objections to cloud migration using Emite as the reporting and data insights partner of choice. We are also introducing enhanced speech-to-text capabilities to support you in comparison to competitive products, new conversational UI, and soon-to-be-released IPaaS agile integrations. These new features will allow for even more flexibility and customization for our mutual customers.
One of the most exciting developments on the horizon is the introduction of machine learning (ML) to Emite. With the Emite ML lab, we will be able to support our customers into the future with ubiquitous CX, which will allow for even more personalization and automation of customer interactions and will enhance the CcaaS platform’s already considerable capabilities. This will be a game changer for the customer service industry, and we are thrilled to be at the forefront of this technology!
