Stuart has over 24 years experience in the monitoring, benchmarking and capacity planning of IT systems.  He has held every role that an IT provider has to offer working his way from of junior programmer to managing director in the first 10 years of his career.  Stuart's previous experience was gained with Australian Software Innovations, Proxima and TechSMART International.

Stuart is the custodian of the vision for eMite and is the Chief Executive of the Company.

Darren Geros has over 20 years of Business Development and Management experience starting with Australian Software Innovations and progressing to AVOGA where he founded the company later selling it to SMS Management Services.  He has worked with global companies such as Compuware where he excelled in meeting growth targets and driving superior customer satisfaction.   Darren has over 15 years experience in the event correlation, professional services and eCommerce industries and is a driving force in the growth of eMite.

Matthew has over a decade of over experience architecting, innovating and delivering solutions in the Systems Management marketplace. His passion for innovation coupled with experience in customer delivery led to eMite's unique architecture which overcomes many of the challenges faced by partial solutions, legacy systems or product portfolios that are the result of a series of acquisitions. Matthew has held senior roles with HSBC and TechSMART International. He has a Masters of Engineering from Oxford University.

Jim has over 20 years experience in creating and growing software platforms. He has held a wide range of positions including Software Architect, Data Architect, Lead Developer & Development Manager. More recently Jim has managed global teams of over 100 developers and resided in Silicon valley, Shanghai and Australian cities while delivering next generation technologies. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Studies from the South Australian Institute of Technology.

David has had almost 20 years in the IT industry and an almost lifelong interest in "computer stuff".

During that time he has performed roles as diverse as Desktop Support, Systems and Network Management, development, training, systems design, performance testing, consulting and customer support for private and government organisations, both large and small.

David spent over ten years with Compuware where he had extensive international technical management and worked with some of the largest organisations in the region to implement successful IT Performance Monitoring and IT Service Management systems.  He counts being able to pursue his private passion for those ultimately malleable tools, "computer systems", in a professional capacity, as one of the highlights of his life.

David holds a Bachelor's degree in Medical Science and a Diploma in Education.
